Happy to report that two of my polaroids currently on display at the Science World Center won Judge's Choice prizes. Exhibition runs from March 30th until April 26th at the Science World Museum in Vancouver. Part of the city wide Capture Photography Festival that runs all through April.
I was going to submit some work, a series of photos, to the Eros Exhibition at the PhotoHaus Gallery, a very nice place here in Vancouver, where I've had previously photos up, but time and money got in the way.
But here's a sample of the series that I made for this.
Urban Graffiti published a still from my ongoing video poem project to accompany a piece by Rebeka Singer.

Dark Poet, a maid's breast
Embittered poet, life seethes
And life burns,
And the sky reabsorbs itself in rain,
Your pen scratches at the heart of life.
Forest, forest, alive with your eyes,
On multiple pinions;
With storm-bound hair,
The poets mount horses, dogs.
Eyes fume, tongues stir,
The heavens surge into our senses
Like blue mother's milk;
Women, harsh vinegar hearts,
I hang suspended from your mouths.

A new website! A new year soon. A new me. Well...no, but exciting things are in the making. I will continue my lifelong video poem project. Also, I hope to publish in collaboration with a poet a chapbook of poems and photos. There's an exhibition planned for spring. But most importantly I will keep on going and creating. Because I cannot do anything else.
Please have a look around and come back soon.
